    Still, you'll have a hard time in the event that you only rely on flasks for life and mana. Gear and passive skills can increase regeneration for either stat or even steal life and mana from poe trade strikes and kills. Taking into consideration the life and mana restoring properties of gear is important to maintaining your health and mana pool upward. At bare minimum, you would like to have some life regeneration so you can regain health between conflicts.
